Abstract
This bachelor´s work was focused on assessing competitiveness of company ŠPAČEK reality s.r.o. Its main objective was to assess the competitiveness of the company and then propose, how to increase competitiveness. Bachelor´s work was divided into parts. In the first part, which is called theoretical,was described the basic concepts associated with competition and then describes the methods that were subsequently applied. These methods have been PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces model, selected indicators of ratio analysis. The next section describes the company. In the third application of different methods were applied. This application was determined by the company's competitiveness and subsequently proposed recommendations for the company to maintain and increase competitiveness.
