Transport nebezpečných látek

Abstract

This thesis deals with the transport of dangerous substances and objects on the road, and the risks associated with this process. The first part defines the legal requirements governing this area. Consequently, it is proposed methodical process of risk assessment associated with the transportation of hazardous substances and objects on the road in the selected area. The last part of the proposed method is applied to specific areas in the Czech Republic, where there is a high frequency of freight traffic. The data obtained by this approach is an analysis of the impact of accidents with the participation of hazardous substances to the environment H&V index. At the end results are evaluated and suggested precautions to prevent the risks identified.
