Návrh optimalizace reverzních pásových dopravníků na úpravně v Ledvicích

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the sorting of mined lignite in the Grading Plant at the Ledvice coal preparation plant. The thesis briefly describes the whole sorting process in the Sorting Plant. The chemical and mechanical properties of the transported material are described. Furthermore, the mechanical part of the reverse conveyors is described, the performance calculation of the conveyor, the drive power and the required tensioning force is performed. Finally, the optimization of the technology is proposed to increase the conveyed quantity from the current 420 t/h to 600 t/h. while changing the spreading weight to its critical value.
