Abstract

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of a selected company operating in the field of repair and maintenance services for motor vehicles and to compare it with competing companies in the industry. The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts and methods of financial analysis, such as ratio indicators, horizontal and vertical analysis, and indicators of profitability, indebtedness, liquidity, and activity. The practical part includes an analysis of the selected company based on financial statements from the past four years. The results are then compared with selected competitors. The thesis provides an overview of the financial position of the analyzed company in comparison with its competition.
