Abstract

The thesis deals with general procedures of property rights settlements, which can be applied to treat real estates of a river basin administrator. The thesis describes procedures for providing of needed real estates within capital construction of the river basin administrator, providing of real estates for the administrator operational needs and proposed right settlement procedures for outside users of real estates of the administrator. The thesis specifies solutions of particular property rights matters relating to providing of needed real estates for water streams revitalizations and for building of polders within capital construction of the basin administrator. Any issue of property rights settlement of the basin administrator can be settled according to analysis of described procedures.
