Abstract

The subject of bachelor thesis was the elaboration of technological prescription of flat roof for administrative building, which is partially-basement building with three floors above ground. The building is roofed with flat roof. The building is designed from complex Porotherm system and building is designed for wheelchair access.

The bachelor thesis is composed of two parts. The first part is focused on elaboration of project documentation for building permit of administrative building and it is focused on technical report. The second part contains technological prescription for flat roof, time schedule for the building works, itemized budget of the flat roof and design of site equipment. The bachelor thesis is composed of text and drawings part.

The main objective of the thesis is correctly designed composition of flat roof including thermal-technical specification, acoustical specification and correct design of technological prescription of individual layers of flat roofs.
