Vliv teploty a deformace při tváření na mechanické vlastnosti konstrukčních ocelí řady S355

Abstract

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the Effect of Temperature and Deformation when Forming on Mechanical Properties of Construction Steels of S355 Series. This thesis deals with the analysis of inconvenient mechanical properties of construction steels at the Universal Mill in Bohumín. The thesis focuses on construction steels of S355J2Si series, where the worsening of mechanical properties was detected. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts.

The first part deals with the hardening and recovering of steels when heat forming. The second part concentrates on the description of the Universal Mill in Bohumín and the description of construction steels and their properties. The third part is the practical part, where an experiment was carried out with the construction steel of S355J2Si series and then its evaluation and recommendation for the enhancement of mechanical properties for the reviewed steel.
