Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce, „Financování rozvoje přenosové soustavy ve společnosti ČEPS a.s“ popisuje možností dlouhodobého externího financování podniku prostřednictvím cenných papírů, a také možnost financování bankovním úvěrem. Teoretická část práce popisuje možnosti dlouhodobého financování podniku rozdělené na dvě části interní a externí financování. Externí část dále obsahuje popis cizí kapitál, dluhopisy, akcie, rating společnosti, úvěry a půjčky. Další část popisuje investiční plánování. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti ČEPS a.s., popisuje strategii, kterou využívá společnost pro své financování, vlastní doporučení. V Poslední části je investiční plán do roku 2022.

The subject of this thesis, "Financing for development of the transmission system in CEPS as" describes the possibility of long-term external financing business through securities, and also the possibility of financing a bank loan. The theoretical part describes the long-term financing of the company divided into two parts internal and external funding. The external part contains a description of foreign capital, bonds, stocks, rating companies, loans and borrowings. The next section describes investment planning. The practical part contains performances of CEPS and describes the strategy that the company uses for its funding, its own recommendations. In the last part of the investment plan by 2022.
