Vytvoření stavebního modelu budovy s využitím standardů BIM

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the creation of a digital model of the existing building of the Ostrava Planetarium using the BIM method. t focuses on the application of standards based on the ČSN EN ISO 19650 series, the use of a Common Data Environment (CDE), the export of the model to IFC format, and the transfer of data to a CAFM system. The model was created based on historical documentation, renovation documentation, and site inspections. The results confirm the practical applicability of BIM even for existing buildings and its potential in the digital transformation of asset management.
