Hodnocení investičního záměru vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti plánované investice společnosti FEBE CRAFT s.r.o. a navržení optimální varianty financování. V teoretické části je představena společnost FEBE CRAFT s.r.o., popsán investiční záměr a shrnuty poznatky z oblastí strategického řízení a plánování, investičního rozhodování a metod hodnocení efektivnosti investičních projektů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na samotnou analýzu investice pomocí statických a dynamických metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic a navržení nejvhodnější varianty jejího financování. V závěru diplomové práce jsou dosažené výsledky shrnuty.

The subject of the diploma thesis is an evaluation of an efficiency of a planned investment of the FEBE CRAFT s.r.o. company and a suggestion of the optimal financing variant. The theoretical part introduces the FEBE CRAFT s.r.o. company and describes an investment intention. Furthermore, it summarizes knowledge from the areas of strategic management and planning, investment decision making, and the methods of evaluation of investment projects effectiveness. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the investment by using the static and dynamic methods of evaluation investment effectiveness and a suggestion of the most suitable variant for its financing discount by the use of the discount expenses method. The conclusion summarizes reached results.
