Streaming DAB+ do počítačové sítě

Abstract

This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a system for receiving, demodulation and subsequent streaming of digital radio broadcasts in the DAB+ standard to a computer network. A software-defined RTL-SDR radio was used as the basic hardware resource, while the demodulation layer consists of a modified version of the open-source project Welle.io. The work includes the implementation of audio track caching and the transmission of accompanying multimedia data such as DLS text messages and SLS images. The resulting system allows not only live streaming of content, but also playback of recorded broadcasts via a web client. Finally, the results of stability and reliability testing of the proposed solution are presented.
