Studie nového využití objektu na Ulici Fráni Šrámka č.p. 1209

Abstract

Úkolem této práce je navrhnout nové využití objetu na Ulici Fráni Šrámka č.p. 1209. Tento objekt je celkově ve špatném technickém stavu, který je v rámci práce analyzován a zhodnocen. Návrh nového využití objektu je zpracován ve dvou variantách řešení s výběrem vhodnější na základě objektivního zhodnocení. Vybraná varianta je poté zpracována detailněji, řeší bourací práce, technickou infrastrukturu, dopravní infrastrukturu a podrobnější materiálové řešení včetně vizualizace celého návrhu. U obou variant je stanoven propočet nákladů na realizaci a je provedeno zhodnocení efektivity přínosu a přijatelnosti navrhovaných řešení.

The aim of this work is to propose a completely new use of a building located on 1209 Fráňa Šrámek Street. Generally speaking, this building is in poor technical condition, which is analysed and evaluated in this work. A proposal for the new use of the building in question has been processed and is presented in two variants, bringing to the fore a more suitable version of the two on the basis of objective evaluation. The selected variant has subsequently been processed in more detail, solving demolition work, technical infrastructure, transport infrastructure and more detailed material solutions, including visualisation of the entire design. The calculation of reconstruction costs is determined for both variants. An evaluation of the effectiveness of the benefits and acceptability of the proposed solutions is also carried out.
