Sociální výdaje města

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu a zhodnocení sociálních výdajů města Jeseník. Analýza se provádí pomocí porovnání jednotlivých sociálních výdajů v letech 2006 – 2008. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část je zaměřena na teoretickou stránku Sociálního zabezpečení ČR. Druhá část obsahuje charakteristiku města Jeseník a komunitního plánování sociálních služeb na Jesenicku. Ve třetí části práce došlo k aplikování teoretických poznatků na část praktickou. Ze zjištěných hodnot vyplývá, že sociální výdaje, které hradí město přímo ze svého rozpočtu, bez státních dotací, se za sledované období téměř nezměnily. U sociálních výdajů, které jsou uvedeny ve 4. skupině rozpočtu města, došlo za sledované období k nárůstu o více jak 100 %.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to implement the analysis and assessment of social expenses in Jeseník. The analysis is conduct by the help of survey of separate social expenses in years 2006 – 2008. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical side of The Social Security of Czech Republic. The second part contains the characteristic features of Jeseník and the community planning of social services in Jeseník region. In the third part of the thesis is reached the application of theoretical knowledge to the practical part. From the ascertained numbers results that the social expenses, which are paid right from the town budget without state grant, were in the period of consideration almost the same. The social expenses, which are introduced in the forth category of the town budget, increased in the period of consideration more over 100%.
