Parkovací dům s restaurací a obchodem

Abstract

The main purpose of the bachelors work is to work out the project documentation for constructing the project according to the regulation no. 499/2006 code for the Parking building with a restaurant and shop in Ostrava – Přívoz. The documentation for the construction follows the town study from ATC III, architectonical study from ATC IV and the documentation for the building permit processed for the whole building in ATC Va. The building should be situated in the newly planned section Ostrava – Přívoz that we had assigned in the Atelier creation III. Here we completely recreated the urban planning of the whole sector so that the place has better utilization and attendance. The parcels line the main road Hlučínská and side roads Dobrovského, Na Mlýnici and Palackého. My solution of the Parking building with a restaurant and a shop is situated on the parcels with the employment office, a bank and an art school.
