Abstract

TŘÍSKA, Tomáš. Technological progress of the groundbreaking of a residental house in Vratimov: Bachelor thesis. VŠB – Technical university of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Builging construction, 2018, Supervisor: Ing. Marcela Halířová, Ph.D. The residental house was designed as a L-shaped three-storey building with a full-area basement, which will be roofed with a single-layer flat roof. The building will include eighteen residential units and common areas in the basement. The bachelor thesis consists of a technological progress of the groundbreaking of a residental house. The thesis includes the project documentation for building permit according to Decree No. 405/2017 Coll. [3], itemized budget and timetable covering these works. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to efficiently use the Porotherm building system and to design economically advantageous and quickly executable groundbreaking works.
