Návrh využití areálu bývalého distribučního skladu v Novém Bohumíně

Abstract

The introduced topic “Concept of Utilisation of Distribution Station of Ex-area in the Nový Bohumín City” deals with brownfields problems and at the same time, a solution is proposed to utilize a concrete insufficiently used area in Nový Bohumín. In the first part, it is explained what the term brownfields is and what are the main causes of its coming to existence. Subsequently, this thesis deals with the selected area of the former distribution storehouse of propellants and oils in Nový Bohumín. The complex proposal for the use of this area consists primarily of the description of the current state of the storehouse, including the redevelopment measures carried out there. The following section presents an elaborate proposal for redevelopment of the area, together with financial evaluation. In the last part, a proposal for the use of the area, including the economic evaluation of the project, is developed and all the pros and cons of the presented solution are being balanced.
