Slezská Ostrava - návrh využití plochy pro sportovně-rekreační účely (parc.č. 700/1)

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je urbanistický návrh řešení využití území na vymezené lokalitě „Kunčičky“ ve Slezské Ostravě. Návrh obsahuje řešení sportovně – rekreačního areálu, řešení technické infrastruktury, dopravy, odstavných ploch, veřejných prostranství. Je proveden rozbor problematiky současného stavu lokality na základě shromážděných podkladů o území. Dokumentace je zpracována v rozsahu územní studie. Urbanistický návrh řešení území je navržen ve dvou variantách. Z toho se jeden návrh dokončí podrobně, druhý návrh využívá jiné možné uspořádání zástavby území. Zpracovaný návrh vychází z podkladů územního plánu obce, katastrální mapy obce a plánů inženýrských sítí stávajícího stavu dle podkladů jednotlivých správců sítí. V teoretické části je řešena problematika územního plánování, urbanismu a typologie. Následuje historií sídla, návrh urbanistického řešení, popis širších vztahů a technické infrastruktury včetně výpočtů a ekonomického posouzení nákladů.

The aim of this work is an urban design solution to the land use area designated "Kunčičky" in Silesian Ostrava. The proposal includes addressing sport - recreational area, addressing the technical infrastructure, transport, lay, public spaces. Are analyzed at the current state of the area on the basis of the collected materials. The documentation is processed in the territorial scope of the study. Urban design solutions area is designed in two versions. It is a complete proposal in detail, the second application uses another possible arrangement the estate. Elaboration of a proposal based on the work of the village land-use plan, cadastral maps and plans of the municipality utilities work by the current state of network administrators. The theoretical part is dealt with issues of urban planning, urbanism and typology. Followed the history of settlements, urban design solutions, a description of the broader relationship and technical infrastructure, including calculations and economic assessment of costs.
