Name: Jakub Košina Design of the Performance Measurement Model for Industrial Company The aim of this work was to design of performance measurement modedel for industrial company, by using ATTIS sotware support The secong chapter explains the basic terminology of permformance measurement, explains what are the main reasons for measuring performance and provides a brief history and evolution of indicators and describes some of the most commonly used methods for measuring performance. Third chapter analyzes the industrial company, organizational and proces struktures. The company i salso subject to an analysis of the current situation and strategic and economic plan. The practical part is realized in the fourth chapter. In ATTIS sotware is modeled organizational structure, proces models and model management by objectives, where are defined measurement metrics and strategic objectives.
