Zhodnocení potenciálu a konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku metodou GM-Trend

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení potenciálu a konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku metodou GM-Trend. Pro naplnění cíle je použita Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil, metoda hodnocení životaschopnosti hospodářského podniku podle Harryho Pollaka, SWOT analýza a diagnostická metoda GM-Trend. První část práce je věnována teoretickému vymezení základních pojmů a metod pro zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti a potenciálu. V druhé části jsou pak tyto metody aplikovány na vybraný podnik. Na základě dosažených výsledků jsou následně navržena konkrétní doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu společnosti.

The aim of the thesis is the evaluation of a potential and competitiveness of a selected company by the GM-Trend method. There is used Porter’s five forces analysis, the method of evaluation of the viability of an economic enterprise according to Harry Pollak, the SWOT analysis and the diagnostic GM-Trend method, to achieve this goal. The first part is devoted to the theoretical definition of basic concepts and methods for the evaluation of competitiveness and potential. In the second part, these methods are applied to the selected company. Based on the results, specific recommendations for improving the current state of the company are then proposed.
