Abstract

The idea was to build on the current state Slezanka, because surveys have shown that people are used to and Slezanka nebourali would it just do not like her look. The resulting proposal thus builds on the existing building Slezanka, whose skeleton is in good condition. Due to the dense surrounding housing and poor transport links is the amount of parking insert it into the design of two underground floors. The park extends only partially solved in the building. Within the overall concept was created by open-quiet zone for commercial uses, which are situated at the main entrances to the building.
