Abstract
The subject of my bachelor thesis is the impact changes of the law about property taxes and the revenue of municipalities. I write about the development of property tax and its inclusion at the tax system. I deal with structural elements of property tax in 2010 and its particular changes its history. I analyze the impact changes of the law about property taxes and the revenue of municipalities belong to the tax office Šumperk at the last part of the thesis.
