Kyberkriminalita v oblasti eGovernmentu a její specifika

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the issue of cybercrime in the field of eGovernment in the Czech Republic during the period 2020–2023. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the most common types of cyber incidents affecting public administration, assess their development, and identify the key factors influencing the vulnerability of digital infrastructure. Furthermore, the thesis evaluates the level of cybersecurity funding and the strengths and weaknesses of the current protection system. Based on the conducted assessment, specific recommendations are proposed to improve the resilience of public administration against cyber threats.
