Title of thesis: Discharge from Debts as a Way of Natural Persons Insolvency Resolving
This bachelor thesis deals theoretically with the bankruptcy law practice. The thesis also suggests precautions which should help potential debtors become aware of the situation and accept solutions. The basic legal standards are presented and their application in practice. Practical examples demonstrate usage of legal regulations as for bankruptcy.
At the same time, this thesis tries to present some options for persons dealing with bankruptcy and to emphasize the need of their active approach to the problem. If this approach is applied, they will be able to return to proper economic life without any economic load from the past.
