Polyfunčkní dům v Ostravě

Abstract

The object of this bachelor's thesis was to create design of Polyfunctional house in Ostrava. Whole project was created in current gap of city development in the center of Ostrava. Emphasis of the project is focused to achieve a simple and functional architecture layout regarding to the requirements of the modern public environment. Resultant structure is conceived to 6 floor providing public spaces and also private zone. The design consists of underground parking lots, civil amenities, administration offices and high-standarted housing for families. Principal goal of the project is to improve architectural and urbanistic level of the center of the town, and also to contribute on renewal of current locality.
