Abstract
Subject of this Bachelor thesis deals with process audits.
The first part is focused on basic information about audits, basic terms, division
of audits, audit performance, auditors character quality. Further it acquaints people with the standards ISO line 9000 and shortly with the standard VDA 6.
The second part of this thesis deals with characteristics of audits in company Siemens s.r.o., odštěpný závod Electromotors Mohelnice. For analysis of an observation were used audits of the input quality inspection. Finaly there are described recommended actions to improve input quality inspection process.
