Abstract

Subject of this thesis is the Moravian house for arts and culture in Moravian Ostrava. The building includes a music theater with variable experimental music theater premises, recording studio with a technical facilities, educational premises (part of lifelong learning), administrative, operational and technical support. The project significantly modifies and extends the public space. Parking is in the form of underground parking. The building also provides accommodation and commercial premises. The subject of the thesis is to develop an architectural study of the extent of documentation for the building permit. Furthermore is the development of physical and virtual models and renderings. The study will also include selected details of public space.
