Abstract
The thesis deals with the locality along Benešova and Koliště in Brno. The
subject is the design of an urban avenue and a new urban development,
with the completion of the broader relations of the site in the sense of the
metropolitan character of the subject part of the circular avenue and the
connection of the inner city with the adjacent suburbs.
