Abstract

Bachelor thesis The management of pedagogical - psychological counseling tries to approach the issue of business and management of non-profit organizations with a particular focus on educational facilities - The pedagogical - psychological counseling. The introduction identifies possible reasons of establishing a non-profit organization, the definition of non-profit organizations, their classification according the different criteria and brief characteristic of each organizations. The following sections is focused on the specific organization-specific non-profit organization The pedagogical - psychological counseling Hodonin. It describes its brief characteristics, services that is offered to their clients during examination, but also basic principles of management and financing of school facilities. The practical part of my bachelor´s thesis is focused on detailed budget description of the organization for the past three years. You can find a list of individual amounts of money which were provided by this organization for various purposes. The final section is devoted to the description of the economy and changes in each year and also reasons why this changes happened.
