Abstract

ABSTRAKT The name of thesis: Hruška Market – Setting up a Company and a Development Strategy The name of student: Jiřina Vratislavová It is an indisputable fact that the structure of all businesses are small and medium-sized enterprises , which constitute the majority. Their existence has stabilized the company. Small and medium- sized enterprises are important part of our republics economy In Europe, operates 19 million small and medium sized enterprises, representing 99,8 % of all EU and these companies employ more than 74 million people. The chosen theme of my thesis is the issue of self-employment, along with creating business plan for emerging fictitious business entity offering the sale of food. The business plan is being implemented for emerging business entity Foods HRUŠKA, which is part of the retail network HRUŠKA. This work is divided into free chapters. First, l examine a theory based. I define the concepts of business, skilled trades and business plan. In the next chapter I write about the establishment of an individual business. This chapter aims to capture process and basic duties of an individual during his setting up of the company based on the trade Licensing Act. In the next chapter there is described a business plan for newly emerging fictitious entity, which offers the sale of food. The shop is a part of retail network HRUŠKA l.t.d., it is like this for reasons of better marketś competitiveness. If there are fulfilled conditions given to retail network HRUŠKA, then from the membership follows on financial and organizational advantages.
