Abstract

This thesis describes the process of designing front suspension of formula car, construction of push-rod, description of making the push-rod and testing on dynamic testing facility. In the first caption there is list of parameters, which are necessary to design a front suspension. Then there is description of used software and the design of the suspension. Next caption includes the process of design, construction and technical drawing of the chosen part of suspension. The last caption deals about layout of testing process for this part. This means the construction process of fixtures needed for executing the test, with technical drawings. This test was then accomplished and its results are mentioned in the conclusion of this thesis.
