Tepelná stabilita Ti zpracovaného SPD technologií

Abstract

The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the production methods of ultrafine-grained materials by means of severe plastic deformation processes. Specifically, it focuses on the processing of pure titanium, its mechanical properties and thermal stability. Its biocompatibility and use in the biomedical field is also mentioned. In the experimental part, the thermal stability of ultrafine-grained titanium obtained by the method of severe plastic deformation is analysed. Specifically, a modified Grade 4 titanium, which is produced under the name of 4TiTUDE® is studied. Using light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy, differences in the microstructure of heat-affected material compared to the original state are investigated.
