Zaměstananecké benefity ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce jsou zaměstnanecké benefity. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat současnou koncepci zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti Okin BPO a navrhnout dosud nevyužívané benefity a efektivní změny v poskytování těchto benefitů. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle byla použita metoda dotazníkového šetření prostřednictvím elektronického dotazníku, metoda popisu, analýzy a dedukce. Dle zjištěných informací, bude situace ve společnosti zhodnocena a budou navrhnuty efektivní změny v poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů, možné nové benefity a návrh konkrétního efektivního řešení pro společnosti Okin BPO.

The subject of Bachelor thesis is employee benefits. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is analyzing the current conception of employee benefits in the company Okin BPO and propose benefits, that aren´t used yet, and propose effective changes in the providing of benefits. To achieve this aim, it was used method of questionnaire investigation trough an electronic questionnaire, method of description, method of analysis and method of deduction. According to the detected informations, situation in the company will be evaluated and will propose effective changes in the providing of benefits, new benefits and specific effective solution for company Okin BPO.
