Abstract

The aim of my thesis on the topic of Improving the Quality of Employee Selection and Adaptatiton Processes in a Chosen Organization is to analyze the current process of selection and adaptation within the organization and to formulate appropriate suggestions and recommendations that will contribute to the improvement of the processes. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical-methodological part and application-verification part. The theoretical-methodological part describes the theoretical basis of selection and adaptation of employees. The application-verification part includes the presentation of the organization, the description and analysis of the current process of selection and adaptation of employees and then suggestions and recommendations for this section. The analysis is performed by a questionnaire on a sample of employees.
