Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the Strategic Analysis of a Company in the hat industry using standard methods of strategic situation analysis, at the end of which a SWOT analysis was compiled and a strategy was conceived. The methods used in this thesis are PESTE, Porter's model of Five competitive forces, Analysis of Internal Factors of the company and Financial Analysis. The Balanced Scorecard model and Strategic map were used. The analysis of the company was performed in the period from 2014 to 2020.
