Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out the current state of the retail marketing mix of a particular retail unit of C&A in Avion Shopping Park Ostrava. The marketing mix has become the subject of the entire research work. Based on customer inquiry, it was analyzed and the results of this analysis became the basis for recommendations for improvement. The secondary goal of this work was to find out whether the socially beneficial activities of C&A affect the purchase of customers.
