Abstract
The bachelor's thesis is focused on a strategic analysis of the business for a launch of a new branch that provides independent financial advisory services. The aim of the thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis for the launch of a new branch of the selected company and based on the results of the analyses, provide proposals and recommendations. It will be examined whether the launch of a new branch is beneficial for the company and if so, under what conditions. In the practical part, the comparative method is used to select the most suitable location for the office. The main methods for conducting external analysis include the PESTEL method and Porter's five forces model. The internal analysis focuses on organizational structure, initial, fixed and variable costs, anticipated revenues, and the critical point of profitability. A survey is conducted to determine the interest of residents in financial advisory services, and the conclusion of the thesis is devoted to a SWOT analysis, which serves to unify the factors identified from the analyses conducted.
