Připravenost zaměstnanců nemocnic na evakuaci pacientů při vzniku mimořádné události

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis examines the preparedness of hospital staff for evacuation in the event of an emergency. The first section addresses the issues of crisis management and civil protection, with a focus on the specific characteristics of healthcare facilities. The following sections describe the technical aspects of evacuation strategies, the organization of the transfer of patients with limited mobility, and real-world examples. This is followed by an evaluation of a questionnaire survey that assesses the current level of awareness and practical preparedness among hospital staff. The final section formulates specific proposals and measures to improve the existing training system. The outcome of this bachelor’s thesis is an assessment of the current state of hospital preparedness for evacuation and a set of recommendations for educational practice.
