Abstract

Ivan Dlugoš, Ph.D. The subject of my thesis is to select the best methods for ergonomic analysis and to identify the type and level of the corporate culture and its influence on the individual subsystems in ergonomics which is based on theoretical starting points associated with currently valid content from Czech legislation and technical literature. Analytical part of this work is situated in the company Prádelna INPO Valašské Meziříčí. General part consists of basic concepts related to its issues. The Analytical part deals with information about the related company,to select the best suited methods for ergonomic analysis and the identification of the company’s culture and their final evaluation and finally the influence on each of the individual ergonomic subsystems. Conclusion consists of recommendations and precaution proposals and their implementations.
