Abstract
This thesis is focused on starch obtaining from sedimentational mud extracted from the potatoes cold processing. Potato starch, I gained flotation method. For flotation, I changed various conditions, such as: acidic and alkaline environments. Based on these circumstances, I will evaluate optimal obtaining conditions.
