Abstract

This thesis is focused on the management of contributory organization Retirement Home St. Hedwig Kravaře. There is the comparison of its total costs and revenues in the last five years as well. The theoretical part is devoted on non-profit organizations in both, the social sphere and social services. In the practical part there is written mainly about the economic analysis in different periods. There are also details of specific contributory organizations. The last part of the thesis includes evaluation of previous analyzes in terms of funds, grants, salaries, profits and the proposals and recommendations to improve the quality of services.
