The aim of the study was to analyze the impact of physical activity on employee well-being and to identify its benefits within a work environment. The theoretical part explores the definition of psychosocial risks, their effects on health and work performance, and the role of sports in enhancing psychological resilience, teamwork, and corporate culture. The practical part includes qualitative research, the results of which confirm the positive influence of sports on stress management, mood, and work efficiency. Respondents also highlighted the insufficient support for physical activity from employers.
