Analýza motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis of the motivation of employees more precisely high school employees. For this analysis you need to know the theory in advance from the basics when you need to know what motivation is, what it consists of, what are their barriers and tools up to what the theories of motivation are. Since there are many of them, I chose seven for a better idea. The work continues with a practical part. It describes the characteristics of a high school that focuses on tourism. In the next part their motivation was examined with the help of a created questionnaire with twenty questions on motivation for school employees mainly for teachers. For greater efficiency and expansion of information was also chosen an interview with volunteers among the teachers who filled out the questionnaires. The interview was mostly focused on benefits, recognition and praise, and employee turnover, which appeared to be problematic areas. In total 10 questions were chosen in the interview. Based on the questionnaire and interview I created suggestions and recommendations.
