Analýza příčin časových ztrát v procesu vývoje.

Abstract

The thesis is about quality planning processes before product is given into serial production. The theoretical part describes individual processes, principles of PPAP, APQP methods and their relationship to each other. Next part is dedicated to a company where the thesis was written. The practical part contains analysis of problem of suppliers´ PPAPs delays (unreleased input materials for the final product and analysis of causes of time differences between plans and real milestones (PPAPs). The likeliest causes of the time difference (their risks) are defined in the conclusion. The corrective measures are proposed at the end of the thesis.
