Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal for establishing a beauty salon in Ostrava. The thesis includes a theoretical definition of project management concepts and tools and their subsequent application in the practical part. The aim of the thesis is to design a project for establishing a beauty salon and assess its feasibility. Using selected tools and methods, the feasibility of the project is verified and factors affecting business in this area are assessed.
