Měření spokojenosti žáků základní školy

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to measure the degree of satisfaction of pupils who attend primary school Pod Skalkou in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The research also includes measuring the satisfaction of the parents of the pupils and comparing the differences between the results of these two segments of respondents. The problem was solved by using a questionnaire survey and the data obtained are then processed in the program IBM SPSS Statistics and Microsoft Excel. The theoretical part describes mainly the starting points and methods of measurement of satisfaction. Application section refers to the data that was obtained through questionnaires and it contains analysis of the satisfaction for pupils segment and parents segment. The outcome of the research are proposals and recommendations for primary school Pod Skalkou, which should lead to an increase in the overall level of satisfaction of pupils and parents. The main contribution of this thesis is to measure the degree of satisfaction of pupils and parents of primary school Pod Skalkou. Following these results the school can implement measures that will lead to the growth of satisfaction, but also the overall quality of its core mission - education.
