Zhodnocení hospodaření vybraných obcí

Abstract

This thesis issues is focused on economy of municipality. There is described its economy as a whole unit. Furthermore, there is described the economy from the side of income, expense and very important funding. The first part of the thesis is aimed at theoretical recourse which are connected with economy of municipalities in the Czech Republic. Basic rules of municipality economy are described there as well as municipal authorities and their powers and budget classification. The practical part is focused on the economy of municipality Dolní Lutyně and Dětmarovice in the year 2010. There are described individual parts of the budget in detail up to the individual items. Revealed differences between the municipalities and the comparison between the years 2008 - 2011 are written in the fourth chapters as well as recommended solutions which would lead to the streamline of their economy in further years. The last chapter summarizes the work and deduction decisions about the village, which is obviously attractive from the perspective of a new citizen.
