Analýza biomedicínských dat

Abstract

This thesis explores the possibilities of analysing biomedical data using deep neural networks. The focus of the thesis was to design, implement and then analyse a machine learning model for analysing data obtained from biomedical sensors. The TensorFlow platform was used to develop the model and also studied in detail as part of the work and used in the C++ programming language. For the analysis, tools were developed to collect data from biomedical sensors from PLUX - Wireless Biosignals S.A.
