Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti potravinářského podniku

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of the food company whose main activity is production and sale of traditional Wallachian cakes. Evaluation of competitiveness is realized through the work of selected financial ratios analysis, Porter's competitive environment analysis and evaluation methods Pollak´s viability. Using the findings are made suggestions and recommendations to address shortcomings and improve competitiveness.
