Analýza vlivu technologických parametrů na proces stříhání polotovarů pomocí matematického modelování

Abstract

This thesis deals with possibilities of bar material division, which finds use in die forging. The theoretical part describes the basic methods of bar material division. There are also technological parameters necessary for the division examined in this part. For the practical part, the first necessity was to collect data needed to start the simulation in FORGE 2005 software. In the next part the thesis deals with the simulation of bar material cutting itself. The conclusion is devoted to the analysis of simulation and operational recommendations for hardly scissile material.
