Abstract
The thesis is focused on a marketing research of customers satisfaction of the company “AutodílyStrapáč”. It consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical while the second one is practical. The theoretical part is aimed at a marketing research itself, its types and procedures. Since the thesis is based on a questionnaire survey, questioning is described in detail. The following part of the theoretical part includes the characteristics of the company. The practical part concentrates on the research of customers satisfactionitself. The obtained results are analysed and hypothesis testing is carried out. After the analysis, the assessment and presentation of the suggestions to solve the discovered problems follow.
